Title: Mock Hollandaise Sauce (Lacto)
Categories: Vegetarian Lowfat Sauce French Eggs
Yield: 1 Servings

1/4cNo-fat/lowfat sour cream
1/4cNo fat/low fat mayonnaisse
1tsSpicey mustard
1tbLemon juice
1pnRed pepper flakes.

Mix the above ingredients in the top of a double boiler (adding lemon juice last and slowly). Heat thoroughly about 15 minutes or until completely mixed. You can control the taste by experimenting with different types of mustard. More pepper flakes will give the dish a rewardingly healthful twang.
